REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPANTS

The participant should observe the General rules of competitions.

THE GENERAL RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. Sending of the application form for participation automatically means the consent with rules and conditions of carrying out of competitions (including tastings) and exhibitions. In Organizing committee it is necessary to confirm presence of the application.
2. Participantsare obliged to act in professional clothes (a jacket, a cap, trousers, an apron, special footwear) with the sewed sponsor’s stripes. Sponsor’s stripes are given by Organizers for 1 day prior to the beginning of competitions.
3. During refereeing it is forbidden to have near to products promotional materials. After refereeing the participant can add an exposition with own tablet or other attributes (at will).
4. The utensils, stock, components and other attributes for competitions are provided with participants.
5. All products should correspond to sanitary-and-hygienic norms.
6. To take away the won award, the participant (or his representative) should be present at ceremony. Awards should be accepted in professional clothes. The participant not received the award at ceremony should address in Organizing committee of competitions.
7. Urgently it is recommended to participants and their assistants to not leave the accessories belongings on workplaces and to not use the equipment all for nothing during competitions and refereeing.
8. Organizers do not carry the responsibility for damage or lost exhibits, equipments, utensils and other belongings of participants.
9. In case of serious polemic in occasion of rules or the problems which have been not specified in rules and Formulas of competitions, a situation will be considered by judges and/or Organizing committee, and the final decision will be accepted.
10. At any publication of materials and photos of competitions the reference to Organizersis obligatory.
